Stairs and passengers deactivated during boarding

Gsx makes all vehicles including passengers disappear in the middle of the boarding process. Strangly enoigh, the cones are still there, so gsx is still active... how is this possible. It happens 70% of the time, the other 30% I was lucky. I always fly the ini A340. Havent flow with other planes now for 2 months, so im not sure if this is aircraft related. Had to restart every time, spend more time on the ground than actually flying. What a joy

I cannot reproduce any of that, and nobody reported it in this way.

Note that, the ini A340 is not supported internally, because it's only sold on the Marketplace and it's encrypted, so it relies on a external profile (developer made or user made) to work.
