All GSX units vanish when "Deboard" is selected (3.7.2 and .3)

During a flight, I select a parking space using the map option. After landing, I taxi to the gate. The GSX units/marshals are in place as expected. I shut down the aircraft, make sure the chocks are set and switch off the beacon. As soon as I select "Deboard Passengers" (or "Operate Jetway" .... maybe others), everything related to GSX vanishes instantly. If I access the GSX menu again it tells me that the passengers are deboarding - even though everything has vanished. It doesn't seem possible to recover the situation without restarting GSX/Couatl.

Is anyone else experiencing this? It seems to happen at all the airports I have tried so far.

Same here, GSX jumps to kind iof departure / the state of departure as it shows "Have a Good Flight" after landing .... also Fenix....

I attached a snippet of the Fenix log around the time of arriving at the gate and the same taken from Fenix2GSX.. the GSX Log dont show anything according to a state and the reset of the payload. The fenix_gsx.txt is from yesterday (no gsx log saved), the gsx log attched is from today as it happend again on arrival at eddm.

This happens to me

- As i shutdown the engines, turning off beacon lights -> the GSX Menu shows "Deboarding no longer possible" and "Have a good flight" .....

This time, the payload survied, but GSX jumps straight to "Deboarding no longer possible..." .... Log is attached and a video to show im not stupid and hunting ghost bugs. (just uploaded to YT, may take some minutes to become avail)

I altered the GSX setting in the Fenix to auto deboarding - and that seems to work (ie no menu interaction). Will try a manual de-board again to see if the issue returns

You mean: From Off - > On -> Off ... touched it only once to disable all GSX Features in the Fenix?

EDIT: No, still the same odd behavior of GSX upon arriving at the gate, insstand "good flight" as i turned off the beacon lights. always need to restart before able to deboard .... (an auto restart after landing wont be a solution as it not fixing the bug and its still not working anyway.)

This still happens with Fenix aircraft most times - but not every time. I have a feeling it happens if you push "deboard passengers" on the EFB and then request deboarding through GSX.
