Ground equipment disappears after requesting deboarding
« on: December 24, 2025, 06:24:09 am »
As the title suggests. (Apologizes if this has been posted already, if so, please link me to the correct topic)

95% of the time, when I park and go to select deboarding, all the ground equipment disappears. It's like a soft crash of the Couatl engine without any actual crash message or log. I have attached the .err file (not sure if that's the correct one). You can see the video from when I stop, set brakes, shut down engines and request deboarding, that everything disappears. It is rather frustrating because it then resets the passenger count on board. I cannot reload the flight because the departure time is in the past.

In the video, it's the Fenix A319, but it happens with every single aircraft, default or not. GSX ground equipment vanishes without a trace.

4 of the last 4 flights have ended with the ground equipment disappearing.

Over a month this post has gone unanswered. Umberto, if there is another topic where this has been covered/solved, please point towards it. If not, provide some insight.
