Change stairs type?

Hi. I was wondering - is there a way to change the type of stairs you want to use for each aircraft specifically? What I want to do is, by default, the 787 uses the truck-mounted, uncovered stairs (in attached image). However, I want them to use the truck-mounted, covered stairs (picture in a reply). How could I do that?
