Rome Fiumicino Airport GSX PROFILE

Hello, I have recently been using GSX: where can I download the GSX profile of Rome Fiumicino?
When travelers enter the jetway, I see their heads sticking out of the ceiling of the jetway itself. Maybe it depends on the fact that I don't have a Fiumicino profile?

I'm having the same problem. I the jetways look like they don't have enough height.
