Objects missing / Pink textures and errors starting GSX

the latest offline installer plus run of live updater solved my problem so far.

This is a fresh reinstall using the Offline Installer and then running the Live Update once.
I am close to giving up with GSX, which is a shame as it's great when it works.
Fuel Truck missing and people textures missing.
The install took about 40 minutes, so I don't see how this is still happening.

Running the Live Update twice more seems to have fixed the problem.
Again...
1. Installl GSX via Offline Installer
2. Run Live Update
3. Run "Check" from FSDT Installer App
4. Run Live Update
GSX is working ok
