Proper way for boarding deboarding fenix a320?

Can someone please detail the steps to board/fuel/load the fenix a320 with proper gsx animations?
When i set the payload in the tablet and then ask gsx to start boarding, i see animations but not the actual loading of the airplane in the tablet.
When i start loading from the tablet I don't have the animations...

I've been calling catering first, then fuel. When the fuel truck arrives, I input the fuel quantity shown in either the Simbrief OFP, or in the EFB Mass and Balance screen into the MCDU Fuel page (press 'MCDU Menu' and then 'Config' and then 'Fuel'). GSX will load the fuel as it should. When it finishes, I call for boarding. After GSX starts the boarding process, I click 'Load Aircraft' in the EFB. GSX will finish boarding and so will the aircraft. Everything works out fine.
