Couatl engine hasn't started - How to report a problem

Hi, same problem here. Unistall and install yesterday new. Than run the update but every time I startet MSFS the couatl engine doesn´t start. Very sad.

I'd love to reinstall but as show shown in previous posts all my files in the installer are hidden for some reason. even afer down loading the installer multiple times.

What happens if you click to unhide the simulators ?

I saved the .ini file and restart Couatl64_P3D which is in the Addon Manager - Couatl64 folder but there is nothing showing in the .ini file.
Someone help me please?
