Live update only gets to 2% and then closes?

I have the Store Version of MSFS

I do not have the SU10 Beta.

I don't get the AFCAD Message, because i can't start anything in GSX.

Ok, I am stumped, not sure why this is not updating fully and also why the button does not come up with a menu?  Could it be a setting in the sim?

I have the same issue, I have no 3rd party av or firewall running, also tried reinstalling to a different location
Sometimes I will get the error other times the update will just close after getting to part 3
