It's not possible a program would uninstall itself, there must be something that removed some files. Do you still have the packages linked in the Community ?

I never said YOU touched the files, but they surely are not removed by the program. Again: do you still have the packages linked in the Community ?

Absolutely not, you should click Install, which will install and link to the Community.

But since apparently it's not installed anymore, you need to install it. What else do you suggest, if it's not installed ? If it happens again, try to remember what programs you might have used in the meantime, possibly not strictly related to simulation.
