Rotating Objects is not working on my end

AUA9085:
Hey

does anybody else having issue with Rotating objects with NUM1+3.
F7 and F8 are working fine.

Disregard, its only not working with SHIFT (what would be cool cause its a bit annoying to press NUM1+3 1000 times :D)
The SNAP Rotate doesnt bring it into the position i want :D

Yes, I know that, no idea why, the key are surely asked to the sim.

Yeah but the SHIFT+LEFT/RIGHT is working well hm
Probably you can look at this. Also it would be greate if the move conitnues if you hold a key...
