Unable to purchase gsx pro

Must be  a user  error  some  where  missing  some  thing  simple

When  i click  to  buy  option it  keeps  coming  back  saying enter  your  credit  card  details   again also  when i  click  on  login  on  to my  account in  the  my commerce  and click  forgot password  comes back  with  contact  technical support(probably  due  to  that  i  havnt  made  a account  yet). Havnt  bought anything  from  you in awhile  since  last  time  it  was  thru  the  esselerate   pay version

The purchase doesn't happen on our site, it happens on digital river so, the account there is completely unrelated to us and it's not under our control.

Try with a different browser and/or empty the temporary file cache in your browser, restart it and try again.
