The log you sent me is during an update, but the problem is the 2nd package is not installed, so I would really need to see a log of an installation.

When i use that command "COUATL_UPDATER2.EXE /INSTALL /LOG" the Updater opens and thats all. But the Programm is freezing at

And when i add the launch option to the installer shortcut like ""D:\Flight Simulator Programme\Addon Manager\Couatl_Updater.exe" /SILENT /INSTALLMODE=TRUE /LOG" i dont get any Log file

That's because the correct parameter, per my last post, is /INSTALLMODE, not /INSTALL.

That's because the first installer is not logged that way.

Just an idea, is it maybe because I am using the trail version for the house owned airports so the installer doesn't want to load that on purpose?

it will load a slightly different version with only few airports and airport services customized, but it's otherwise the same and is a second package anyway.
