Problems after PHNL install **SOLVED**
collins:
virtuali,
After installing PHNL in trial mode all of my other FSDT airport buildings have disappeared
(Zurich, KLAS, KJFK).
I also get the attached message for all the airports when starting them in FSX.
I have tried your solution in the previous post to no avail.
All the building still appear in PHNL trial mode.
I do have Addon Manager and Couatl entrys in the addons menu.
I have also tried downloading all the updated version of the scenery and re installing to
no avail
A strange issue is when uninstalling Addon Manager and Couatl Engine it says it can't find
the files even though I had checked they where in the FSX root folder previously. It does
uninstall them though.
I hope you can help, best regards,
Jon

Chris,
I don't think you read my post, I state that I have tried that fix to no avail.

The problem simply can't happen if you just install PHNL.
It can happen only if you uninstall it, then reinstall another scenery. In this case, and this case only, installing the Stand-alone Addon Manager is needed, so you'll get all the updates that came with PHNL, in case you don't want to keep PHNL installed.
As I've said in the other post, you should be using the latest version of the Stand-Alone Addon Manager: it's best if you CLEAR YOUR BROWSER CACHE before downloading it, because you might think to have the current version, but you haven't.
Or, just reinstall PHNL, because IT DOES have the correct files, exactly the same that come with the Addon Manager.
In both cases, you should do this with your other FSDT airports installed, otherwise the PHNL (or Addon Manager) installers can't update them.

That's not strange and, as I've said in the other post:
--- Quote ---and don't worry about any missing file messages.

That message it's not error, it's just an confirmation that the file that should removed, were missing already so, no need to re-remove them again so, everything it's ok.
