PHNL No Terminals

PHNL has no terminals and only jetways. I have not checked other FSDT airports.
I did rebuild cache and re-ran live update. Terminals momentarily appeared and then disappeared. I haven't flown P3dv4.5 in weeks and just recently came back to this. Please help.

Workaround for now is to open the Addon Manager and then close it again, your airport should load in fine now.
