PHNL Missing Lighting/Textures after reinstall

Hi there, my PHNL continues to be broken somehow.  I uninstalled, then reinstalled to see if the problem would be fixed and it seems there's missing textures at the airport.  8R has no markings or lights, the terminals are missing lighting textures and the taxiway lighting is messy as well.  Screenshots are attached.  This is run in compatibility mode with ORBX Honolulu (compatibility mode checked and the three files renamed as per ORBX manual)
