Pauses in KJFK demo

Hello,

Looking forward to buying this scenery in the near future.  Testing the demo I get fantastic frames (unbelievable for NY) in p3d 4.1 - however I get regular pauses/long frames, every 7-8 seconds or so.  Is this a limitation of the demo or do I have a more serious issue here?

P3D 4.1, Win 10 Home 64, AS16, UT Live

Pauses ever 7/8 seconds doesn't seem anything related to the scenery. If they were at exactly 4 seconds from each one, it might suggest missing objects, which is not normal, of course.
