P3D V4 KJFKv2 not loading **SOLVED**

Mower:
I have installed the latest installer for KJFKv2 and the addon manager.  I have registered the serial number.  Anti Virus and UAC in W7/64 bit not factors.

Other sceneries like Fly Tampa working fine.

Which was caused by a corrupted EXE.XML, caused by a bugged installer of another product.

Mower:

An improperly formatted EXE.XML as this link described was indeed the issue, it was modified by me to try and start UT2 automatically.

So fixed and resolved.

Same issue aga in but the exe.xml is fine.  What else might cause this?
