Odd polygon in PHNL

Does this seemingly stock poly belong here? Note the stock smudge marks... they don't show up in AFX as parking spots.  I have used the Simple Airport Scanner to check for dupes, no joy.  I've checked all possible files and I can't figure out where this is coming from.  Maybe it belongs there but... Can anyone advise if this poly is part of FSDT PHNL?  Would appreciate any ideas.

I use fs global ultimate, orbx global and vector and many payware sceneries but no others in the Hawaiian area.
