   Evening.  I was just wondering if anyone had experience with how long it takes to get a response back from a support request?  I asked for assistance 3 days ago and have not received a reply.  Is this typical support?  Just wondering.  Thanks for the info.

Everybody knows here that we reply very fast. I haven't received any email from anyone with your name. Try to send it again, because it might have been caught in an anti-spam filter along the way.
