NGX pass stair problem

Latest version.

With the particular passenger stair the same problem occurs all the time. With other stairs there is no problem. Any ideas?

You don't have the latest version. Vehicles are not updated automatically with the Live update, you must either download any of the vehicles installers, or the full GSX installer, to have vehicles updated too.

In addition to that, be sure that you are using the configuration that comes with GSX by default, using the "Reset" button on the GSX airplane customization page. The 737 is internally supported, so you don't normally need to customize it.
