Installed but no scenery
« on: September 19, 2008, 09:10:54 pm »
Just downloaded the fs9 version and installed fine.

In FS2004 I cannot see the Addon Manager module in the toolbar or the corresponding file in the Modules folder.
This is irritating as I cannot purchase the scenery.

Not only that but I cannot see the scenery when I go to JFK, there are no buildings or taxiways.

The installation said it installed successfully and all the files are on my system but I just cannot see the scenery or the Addon manager.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn't work.

Somebody please help!!!

Thanks.

If you don't see any Addon Manager menu, and no error message, it's probably your antivirus that has mistakenly blocked the Addon Manager dll.

Try to exclude the FS9\Modules folder from scanning, then Reinstall with the antivirus turned off.

When I load Fs2004 I get this error message below:

"For security purposes, this program will not run while system debuggers are active. Please remove or disable the system debugger before trying to run this program again."

I don't get this when those bglman.dll files are installed.

This is strange because I didn't get this problem with KORD.
