Hi Umberto

The big aircrafts still make the canarsie curve too much inside which means landing in the buildings and not on the runway...

It doesn't depend on the approach at all. The approach is correct, the problem is the flight model they have.

The size doesn't matter as well, I've tried yesterday with an MD11 made by FSPainter, it landed perfectly on the centerline. The MS default 737 couldn't. The approach is always the same, so it's clearly a flight model issue.

Hi,

I've been sitting at 13L waiting for aircrafts to land and see what the issue is but cannot seem to get the Canarsie approach to engage.  I installed the latest update. Do I need to do something else or could it just be that there is a .bgl or afcad that caused my taxi line problem still out there?

Thanks

David

Assuming that your already have the *very* latest version of the JFK installer OR, you took the fixed approach BGL for Canarsie on the forum, to enable the RW13 approaches, you need to have the correct wind, try with a straight headwind of 134, 16 kts. Also, if you change the winds after you started a flight, try to reset the AI traffic, this can be done by simpy going again to JFK from the World->Airport menu after you set the wind, so it will trigger an AI reload.
