Dear FSDT,
Much time has passed as your program exists GSX.
But I still can not solve the damn problem.
Do none of your computers was not such a problem?

I probably tried all the options offered here on the forum.
But do not want to run GSX.
probably only stay reinstall Windows.
I do not have anti-virus and I have all the libraries installed Visual C + +
What else should your product so I can not be nervous.

Your error indicates it's the Visual C++ runtime that has crashes. The issue is, your Windows is in Russian, and there might be other things we can't have any way to test that are related to that (different VC++ libraries, different encoding, different locale, etc.) so, there might be a different solution, but we don't have any way to look and test it.

That's not really relevant. Since the OS is in Russian, as I've said in my previous message, there are many possible additional problems we might not be aware of, that we don't have any way to test.

I'm sorry but, other than offering Trial versions for all our products, so you can verify on your own system if they work, before purchasing, there's not much we can do to support users with all different OS versions and languages. Some locales have specific issues that usually don't happen on Western-language OS versions so, there might be a solution for your specific issue, but we don't know it and we can't test it.
