Autogen excluded around the every FSDT airports

That's just the way it is, because autogen exclusion zones are rectangular, and when the airport is not exactly north/south or east/west oriented, they are more noticeable. Geneva is of course a worse case scenario, because the runway it's roughly 45 degrees, but I don't see it as big as a problem from your screenshot.

I think my above explanation already answered this, the exclusion are already correct, but they are just more visible when the airport is oriented 45 degrees, which is exactly the case with Geneva. You won't notice it at KLAX, for example.
