*ARTIFACTS NEAR BRIDGE CAUSE CRASH*

This caused me to crash after a 2 hour flight  >:( >:( >:(

Have you checked to see if you have any other scenery files that are causing a conflict?   Some culprits may be Dallas DFW Megascenery or some other AFCAD file that is in your "addon scenery" folder.   You may also want to move your KDFW to the very top of the list since KDFW is more demanding than any other FSDT scenery.   I have my KDFW listed first followed by KLAX, KLAS, KORD, KJFK etc.

The problem ( terrain spikes ) is caused because you haven't followed the KDFW manual, which says to use 10 m/pixel texture resolution and 100 Mesh complexity. See the "Design Notes" page. Your texture resolution was probably set too high. It has to be 10 m/pixel, not more, not less.

Thanks. This helped me as I had my settings higher than posted in the manual thinking it would be even better...
