Complaint from union

I landed the other night with wild wet weather.
On getting the bags out of the 737 I noticed the baggage carts had shelters over the drivers.
The little things that come up to surprise you is great 

Trouble brewed when they had to stay out in the rain waiting for reboarding.
Is it possible for them to climb back under their shelter till reboarding restarts

Life of a Ramp Agent..   Coming from an Active United Ramp Agent in DTW.. Try driving an open belt loader down to the fuel farm in Freezing rain, while it feels like little pellets & needles hitting you in the face..  lol  Ouch !!!
