Installing and using Vancouver
« on: January 08, 2013, 05:13:05 pm »
Hi,
two difficulties with Vancouver:
Prepar3D: refuse to install because my path is simply: E://
FsX: As soon as I  choose VANCOUVER Int'l, I get after about 20 s. a memory error message (not enough memory, change graphics options...) what can be cured by unsinstalling.
I've a rather powerful PC and no problem of this type with your other sceneries or any else???

Regards

Daniel

That's not a valid Windows path. It should be something like E:\ and P3D should be insider its own folder.

And, be sure your registry entires *are* pointing to the correct P3D folder. Not use any Migration tools either, because the program is fully compatible with P3D

There's a thread about out of memory issues and possible solutions:

Hi,

Thanks for the help.
I'll change the path for Prepar3d which is alone on this HDD

I have fixed Windows and try a new installation.

Thanks again
