Texture issues LAX, JFK, ORD

For some reason with LAX, ORD, and JFK, My runway textures are blurred.  I can't see down the runway.  Barely visible runway centerlines.   Any help?  Are my fs9 settings wrong or what's the issue?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, your video card settings are very bad, and this will affect any scenery with fully-custom runway textures.

Use the following settings on your video card control panel:

- Set Anisotropic filter to Override any application setting

- Set the filter to 8x or 16x

- Set antialiasing to Override any application setting and set it to 2x at least, 4x it's better
