The other day, I flew the ILS approach for runway 31R at JFK in a default 737-800. The localizer for runway 31R is about a hundred feet or so to the right of the runway threshold.
EDIT: Other people have been mentioning problems with arriving at FSDT KJFK in a pattern other than a circuit. I should mention that the flight was arriving in from KBOS.
