You are correct in using that animation, based on the information you have there is no doubt about that. My confusion was based on the fact that I have never seen it done like that before and I did not realise what the whole amimation entailed. This is because there have been a few occasions I have used the emergency stop. One notably when a set of ground equipment was not chocked properly and started rolling toward the aircraft, (chuckles) and the second, a brake fire. The reason we have never used the stop and follow on movements, is because as in the case of the brake fire...you want to get the fire signal on to the flight deck as quickly as possible. Using the follow on waving wastes time.

I am not panning your animation at all. On the contrary, I think what you guys have done is way beyond excellent. It was just that I incorrectly interpreted your emergency stop animation as a stop then forward etc etc blah blah......

But I can see clearly now....:)
