Firstly, as your paying customer I do not appreciate your tone and being spoken to in that manner. I dont care who you are I will not be spoken to like that on any forum. Had I gone into a store and you spoke to me the way you just did on your forum I'd call for the manager. I have invested over $400 in your company so I at least expect some respect. Yes I agree you made it clear as to the reason why you're not posting screenshots my point is the bluntness as to the way it was explained. This conversation ends here.

Just my 5cents you have to remember its how YOU read his post.
You also have to remember that English isnt Umbertos first language
Most people dont read previous comments they just read what they want to read

I don't see any "tone" and don't understand what do you mean with "that manner", my post was simply illustrating the cold hard fact, that you haven't read the entire thread, otherwise you wouldn't started this argument in the first place.

Again, you got it all wrong, which just confirms what I've said (you haven't read all the posts):

THESE are my posts explaining the lack of screenshots:

http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=7058.msg59834#msg59834
http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=7058.msg59853#msg59853

They are BOTH entirely technical, so you are wrong stating that the lack of screenshots was "explained with bluntness".

THEN, you might have been confused by ANOTHER reply:

Quote
We announce what we announce, when we decide it's time to announce it...

Which might be classified as being blunt, but that wasn't a reply to the issue you raised (the *reason* we haven't posted CYVR screenshots), but it's just a reply related to what the OTHER (not the CYVR! ) developing team was doing, so this is an entirely different issue, which is discussions about UNANNOUNCED products.

CYVR HAS been officially announced, so it's ok to ask about its status and replies about the lack of screenshot were fully circumstantiated, as my previous post clearly shows.

But comments about products not yet announced, can't be replied other than with a "no-comment" statement, because we reserve the right (as anybody else does) to not to give any explanation on these.

That's why you were wrong: you confused the "blunt reply" following a request to comment on unannounced product, as being in any way related to the issue of the lack of screenshot in CYVR which, as I've said, if you care to read the thread carefully, would have been apparent, as I've explained now.

FWIW, as the poster who asked what the second team was doing, I did not take any offense to what Umberto said. In fact when I read his reply it brought a smile to my face. I fancy myself pretty good to read between the lines and what Umberto did not say spoke volumes to me. He all but confirmed without saying anything really that the second team was working on something and that was good for me.

So what bothers me by this post? The blunt statement around how no justification is required to post screenshots

If you cared to read this thread, not just just bits of it, you would have seen that a sound explanation was made for the lack of screenshots compared to our other sceneries. Our "business model" hasn't changed, at all, what changed is a different way we are doing the scenery, which was of course fully explained in my previous post, had you took the care to read it before posting.

And this arrogant answer is just whatb he is talking about. We are people and please address us like we are!!!!

"Arrogant" answers ONLY comes when questions are posed in a way to purposely provoke a reaction. Saying "no justification for not having posted screenshots" when a very sound justification WAS JUST being posted before, either means the OP haven't read the message, which is exactly what I was saying all along or, if he did, he wrote this on purpose to provoke. So, it's either one or the other...

Fortunately, majority of users that intervened in this thread, clearly recognize my reply wasn't offensive in the first place.

Now, the topic is closed.
