Air traffic taking off at 27R instead of 9L

Whenever I am at a KFLL gate and requested ATC taxi. I am allways directed to 27R instead of 9L.
Can someone please show me a way of fixing this so I can be directed 9L.

Try to change the wind direction, in the weather setting and choose wind from around 90°
Normally we always takeoff with face wind, try also to use real weather, just check inside FSX setting.
