What would be saved in my computer ... Home??
If you mean the message that, after a successful *activation* (NOT after "every installation") says that a .REG file has been saved in your Home folder, it means exactly what it says that, for an easier future reactivation, a .REG file has been saved in your Home folder.
Your Home folder is the folder that has your name, which contains the usual "Documents", "Pictures", "Video" folders. The installation guide (fsdt_install_guide.pdf under the fsdreamteam folder) obviously explains what to do with a .REG file in detail.
