In the Error.log is that in it:

is to constantly update the Addon Manager but up-to-date!

Have reinstalled the GEX and the addon manager

The message doesn't say to reinstall *GSX*, and it also doesn't say to just reinstall the Addon Manager. It says to DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL the current Addon Manager.

No, you don't.

executable integrity compromised

This is an entirely different problem, and it shows the couatl.exe has been corrupted on YOUR system. Most likely cause is the antivirus that has corrupted it, mistakenly thinking it would be infected, and trying to "heal" it.

In this case, you need to DOWNLOAD and INSTALL GSX with the antivirus ENTIRELY OFF

Then, BEFORE launching FSX, configure your antivirus to exclude the following files from scanning:

YourFSXFolder\bglmanx.dll
YourFSXFolder\fsdreamteam\Couatl\Couatl.exe

Only after you do this, you can finally turn the antivirus back on and start FSX.

This surely wasn't what solved the problem, none of our products use, need, require or affected by FSUIPC in any way.

Yes, of course, I forgot about it: there's a problem with ATI Tools, which create exactly that issue, we don't know exactly why but, judging by the effect, it seems that utility is using a very invasive method to do its job, since it attaches to basically everything that runs on your system.

Strange, made no change either in fsx on my pc, the only change made was the installation of FSUIPC.
I also have ATI Tray tools, but without any problem.
