Non-illuminated taxi lights and sign boards.

Hi Umberto,

I noticed when taxiing at night at PHNL that there is defective lighting around the taxi intersection of Alpha Sierra. The ground lighting effect textures are in place, but all the lights along the taxiway are off, along with the taxiway intersection signs. It's a fairly large patch around this area. Zooming in or out, has no effect.
