GSX.cfg Door Coordinates
« on: March 30, 2012, 06:08:05 am »
How do you find the door coordinates for the gsx.cfg I really just want to eliminate the air stairs, so would I even need door coordinates? Can I just use [Exit4]
remove=1

and only have that in the GSX.CFG?

Yes the remove=1 will work. As for how to get the coordinates I used the AES aircraft config tool then just copyed the values from the intelliscene file to the gsx.cfg. But if you don't have AES then i don't know how you would get them. I heard on here that they are going to come out with a config tool to get the values.

The coordinates that are displayed right now when starting the mini text editor are already a reasonable starting point that should be good enough, because in absence of a better source of data, they are taken from the aircraft.cfg so, they usually need just a few adjustments to be correct.
