After update GSX opens in trial mode

Hi Umberto,
Last night everything with GSX was working fine, but today it shows only trial mode and when I change to window mode
to put in the serial # it is still telling me to go to window mode even though I'm in window mode already.
Any help will be deeply appreciated

It's not normal it would go into Trial mode by itself. Have you updated some hardware component ? In that case, you should have seen a window prompting to reactivate.

Are you running two monitors maybe ? That might explain why you might have missed that window, and why it doesn't recognize the windowed mode. Try to check the other monitor for the serial dialog.
