help with catering and exit 3

Hey all, I have overland airbus and boeing installed. Whenever I request catering service it keeps saying waiting for exit 3 to open not sure how to do that. Tried shift + e+3. any suggestions

Press Shift+E, then very quickly after, press 3.  Don't hold all three keys at once.

If that dosn't work change Shift + e to any SINGLE key assignment.  Then press that key, release finger then 2 or 3 as required.

Just map the exit door to a key for example K and then press K+1 or K+2 or K+3 or K+4
