cannot activate ORD

I've got the serial number but it will not activate.  It keeps saying serial number not recognized.

If it's says that, it means you insert it wrong. Insert it exactly as on the purchase receipt, don't skip anything, don't confuse the number 0 with the letter O and vice-versa.
