I don't know why it is but in FSX I get stutters in and around Geneva airport. I have other FSDT airports as well as payware airports from other developers but FSDT's Geneva in FSX is the only airport that causes this problem.

It is particularly noticeable when on final approach & landing and is extremely frustrating. I don't see anyone else complaining of this so I accept it must be my setup which is:-

Gigabyte GA-EP31 motherboard with Core2 Quad Q9650 @ 3.0GHz, 4GB of DDR2 RAM and a Geforce GTX550Ti, 1GB video card. I use Nvidia Inspector to set up the card with speed set at 30 fps and FSX set to unlimited.

Anyone got any ideas as to why this is happening?

Try to increase the Anti-popup setting of the Addon Manager and see if it improves.

I increased the Anti-pop up setting from the minimum of 1 to 15 (the mid point) and now all is well. Smooth approaches and operation around and in Geneva airport.

Thank you Umberto - excellent support as usual!
