Aft Stairs When Jetway Available

Hi Umberto,

I just purchased GSX, and it's great so far.

I have one request though. In America, whenever a jetway is attached, I've never seen stairs on the aft door of the plane. This seems odd because they wouldn't have some passengers leaving via jetway, and some via the stairs.

If you can add an option in the .ini to exclude the aft stairs when a jetway exists, that would be great.   Or whatever way works best.  Obviously, if there is no jetway, then both stairs should attach.
