It works with any AFCAD regardless of the name, and it choose which one to use at a specific airport, using the same rules as FSX: the one with the highest priority on the Scenery Library will be used.
Of course, dummy/partial AFCADs, like those containing just the altitude, or just navaids or approaches, do not count so it's more like "the highest AFCAD with taxipaths+parkings" rather than just the highest AFCAD.
The name only matters if there's a customization we made (like with all our sceneries). If the name it's changed, GSX will still work based on the other/renamed AFCAD, but will miss the customization.
