How do you change where HUD symbology is allowed to be displayed when in the 2D view and not dissappear? I want to expand the width of the visible area to see the ends of the horizon bar when the gear is down, is that possible?

Thanks!

Yeah, I think you can do it. Let me work on it tonight and see if I can get some answers and a decent set of instructions on how to do it.

Thanks Sludge,

I ended up finding the "clip" line in the HUD .xml which changes the masking size, I changed only the horizon with gear down and it looks good in 2d.

Yeah, I was testing other things last night and stayed up til 3am, and finally got around to realizing its in the HUD clippings. Good find, sorry I didn't get that out to you earlier.
