Hi,

I know there are a lot of threads here to this theme, but nothing worked with my problem. I've de-installed and re-installed more then 5 times now, but no change.

Antivirus is out, everythings is done in the antivirus-setup but after re-install and starting the FSX I alway get those messages (3 Windows). And after that: no couatl.menü and no buildings.

See the screenshots attached and - please help me. I use LSGG, LSZH, KJFK and KDFW....

Martin

In other cases we had with the NTVDM error, it WAS the antivirus:

It's either that, or you have some a "Compatibility" mode for FSX active. To fix this, you need to right click on the FSX.EXE file, select "Properties", select "Compatibility", and uncheck all the options, which is the default setting anyway.

Sorry, no result.
The properties were all unchecked - and my antivirus is still deactivated. Always the same messages.
What else could it be?

Check you don't have the compatibility mode enabled for the Couatl.exe file instead.

Another possible explanation, your antivirus has corrupted the .exe trying to "heal" it.

No, all boxes unchecked

How to fix this - if this had happened??

Try to remove the Couatl.exe manually, and run the installer with the antivirus turned off.

Hi!
It seems to be solved. I closed the Antivirus completely - not only deactivated the scanning. And in any place there was a fragment of the couatl.exe which I deleted.

Ok, thanks for the moment, I hope it keeps on working.
Have a nice day
