THANKSZURICH not working for me

The THANKSZURICH coupon is telling me it involves requirements that have not been met, and I purchased Zurich years ago.  Is it not valid for purchase of LAX?

The coupon is surely valid, but if you changed your email since you originally purchased it, it will say it's not valid so, you have to contact us via email so we can update your old orders with the new email.

Note that, for that Coupon to qualify you have to buy Zurich. We had a promotion a while ago that we gave Zurich for free if you purchased JFK+KORD together. If you obtained Zurich that way, the Coupon would not work.

I'd forgotten about that one, and my receipt shows I got Zurich for free.  Guess I lose on this one.

Well, you lost 9$ now (7 EUR), but you saved 22,90 EUR back then...

Unfortunately, we discovered this Coupon feature much later on, instead of a free Zurich, we should have offered it a very high discount because, as long as as some money is payed, it's considered as a full purchase for subsequent promotions, but if it was obtained for free, it doesn't.
