Traffic running under bridges

First off - love the scenery!  Why does the road traffic run under the bridges near/around the lighted columns?  I know LA traffic and they aren't usually quite that crazy! :D

It's a known FSX problem, it usually takes some time after the scenery is loaded, for the road traffic to "stabilize" over elevated roads, but it usually always fixes itself.
