Downloading now thanks Umberto and the team again for your hard work! very clever music video goes perfect too.  Wink quick shot to show fps with ultralight I have frames limiter to 30. ultimate traffic 2 70% yes it will go lower with something heavy like the pmdg or ifly etc etc but just to give you in idea how fantastic fps for such a highly detail airport and the size.  Grin

Took a very long time for you to do it all saying you've only done the FSX version.

I hope to be purchasing this as soon as I get the spare funds.

1st problem but not so bad 2 control towers are visible default and FSDT versions, is it a AFCAD issue ? Shocked

Very likely, whenever you have double objects and default buildings showing, it's always a double AFCAD (likely on that is coming with an AI traffic package). Use the free FSX Airport Scanner to find AFCAD duplicates and remove them.

Bought it. Excellent. Those transparent glass structures of the big terminal are doubtless a work of art. Everything is crisp, clear and precise. Cool

Hi,

yes, this is a really great piece of scenery. I'd mention another aspect: Performance. Unfortunately, I don't have a fast Quad Core, as suggested by the manual, but a 3 GHz Dual Core, which you may well call mediocre (albeit quite well FSX tuned, I think). However, I keep getting constant 15 fps over KLAX, at least in the default Cessna and in the Trike (just for sightseeing), which I'd call sufficient. This is with the suggested quite demanding settings. I have several (smaller and much less detailed) airports giving worse performances.

With respect to compatibility, I tried MegaScenery and the UTX/GEX combo. While I didn't detect any serious incompatibilities at a first glance in both cases, IMHO KLAX fits visually better to UTX/GEX, at least, as long as you are flying low. This notably refers to the colors, KLAX has quite vibrant colors, while MegaScenery is quite greyish. This may be a matter of taste, though.

Regards, Michael

Very well done, indeed.

Im very pleased with the klax v2 new scenery. The lighting is amazing, runway lights are stunning. Any chance of upgrading KFLL; KMIA got 2nd place on the poll, any plans of doing Miami. With this quality you guys have no competition.

Thanks
