TACAN Not Working

Hey guys, been a while since I've been on here!

Anyways, I've been having some problems using the TACAN. I haven't used it ina while, so I don't exactly know when it started.

Problem- When using TACAN, after typing in channel, uses channel ":Y" instead of channel ":X", and when you press channel "X", it goes back to ":Y" and lowers the channel by one. This is the same for the ILS also. Jimi and I were talking, and he said someone else had the same problem. I believe it is some type addon error, since I did replace the FA-18.dll file. I am running the FSXBA Hornet addon, Captain Sim F/A-18, and a few other testing Hornets. Other than that, my default FA-18 file is not modded in any way, but it still does not work, along with any of my other F/A-18 Hornet's TACAN.
