Cleared to land at 7000ft.

Weird one, maybe you guys have an idea on what is causing it, and remedy. When approaching KORD to land ATC giving landing clearance far higher than should be. The runway was 14R, but its happened before, don't remember if same runway or not. Any thoughts?

Did another flight to KORD and was instructed on a different runway likewise, maintain 7000 until established on localizer. Checked for dup afcad, and reinstalled scenery, but somehow my altitude at OHare is out of whack. Any suggestions to cause or fix much appreciated.

I've checked all the altitudes related to runways and approaches in the AFCAD, and they looks correct. You can verify this yourself, by opening the AFCAD (there are TWO AFCADs at O'Hare, one contains the airport, the other the approaches), and see that all runways, ils and procedures are set to the correct altitude.

Fact that nobody else ever reported this in the 3+ years O'Hare has been out, seems to indicate it's not something that is related to the scenery, but something else you have installed.
